Rita Thomas, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Nurse Practitioner Credentialing Center with over 25 years of dedicated nursing experience caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Hawaii Pacific University in 2005 and has also served as a nursing instructor in both hospital and classroom settings, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the nursing profession. Rita is deeply passionate about serving people from all walks of life, providing individualized, compassionate care that honors each patient’s unique story and needs. Outside of healthcare, she finds joy in reading, drawing, writing, and spending time with family and friends.

This is my 3rd time visiting the Physical Therapy of San Antonio office in Live Oak. The staff is friendly and professional; the doctor is very thorough in evaluating the symptoms for the cause and the best recommended action to take. I am impressed each time I visit.
