Durga Patel, Director of Population Health

Durga Patel serves as Director of Population Health at Hillside Primary Care, a role she has held since joining the organization at its founding in 2018. She grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago, later advancing her education with an MBA specializing in Accounting from DeVry University. Durga relocated to San Antonio in 2017 and has been an integral part of Hillside’s growth and clinical strategy from the very beginning. In her role, she oversees population health initiatives that drive better outcomes across the patient populations served by Hillside’s growing network of locations. Outside of work, Durga enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
