Best place ever both the staff and doctors are amazing! Keep it up!👍 I recommend this location for best services. Staff are very polite. The front desk staff talk to you with respect and smiles. You can tell they love their job and enjoy being at work. No matter how many we are , they attend to each one of us with calmness and beautiful smile. When you have problems with billing or anything else they are ready to help you find a solution instantly.Jessica is such a lovely soul, very polite, own her job, really caring . I actually ran out of great adjectives for Jessica. She should be awarded the best employee of the year. Ever since I started coming her she has always been such a great help with a caring heart. Thank you so much Jessica for making me and family feel important and wanting to come back to hillside Schertz location.

The staff here is always helpful and amazing, from the front desk to the triage nurses, every interaction has been positive and welcoming. A special shoutout to NP Flo, who consistently goes above and beyond. She is not only knowledgeable and attentive, but also truly compassionate. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. It’s rare to find a healthcare team that combines professionalism with genuine kindness, and this office does exactly that. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received here.

Hillside Primary Care is the best I love my PCP provider Florence Pugh she is really good & though all the nurses are nice & caring. And you don’t have to wait long.

Front desk was very kind and welcoming they helped me work through some insurance billing issues and I was eventually able to be seen. The facility looked very clean and new.

I’ve been very happy with the care I’ve received here. I’ve been to several different locations and seen multiple different providers, and am very pleased with how professional, friendly, and thorough everyone always is. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling, billing, getting referrals sent out quickly, or prescription refills. As a mental health counselor, I often hear stories from clients about frustrations they’ve experienced with other medical providers. I’ve referred quite a few clients to Hillside and always get very positive feedback. I will continue my own medical care here, and feel very comfortable recommending them to others.

Florence Pugh was excellent and reassuring, as usual. Also, I was happy to see she’s training a student Nurse Practitioner. The student also was sharp. My waiting time was much less than my last visit.
