Ms. Pugh, her assistant and nurse are very pleasant and patient. They take time to answer questions and do not make you feel rushed. The recieving staff is pleasant and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and organized. They also encourage people to check with their insurance before just proceeding with certain procedures.
They went out of their way to help me as a new patient to get seen but the Nurse Practionier who was a very beautiful person. I like her as my medical provider
Today’s technician was amazing y’all need to keep her. No one at the facility has been able to get my blood draw at the first poke and she did. Super friendly and very positive. Her job is hard enough- and she did it with no problem.

I am so impressed with the entire staff at Hillside... including the Customer Service Representatives (by phone). They're always cordial, professional, and their follow-up is amazing! And the front desk staff are equally amazing. They have the only lab Personnel I'm excited to see. They're so friendly and have me cracking up each and every time. But my favorite is NP Pugh...what up awesome soul! 😇 She's so caring and attentive to all my concerns. But don't mistake her kindness for weakness. She will definitely let me know when I'm out of line concerning my health. What I need to do and for me to start doing it. 😊 What an awesome team of health care professionals!

The Front Desk Ladies are nice and helpful, FNP Elizabeth Marcum is really sweet and they are a thorough. I’m not a huge fan of doctors, but I mean who is? These individuals are great. They have labs on site. Which is nice. PLENTY of locations to choose from, and their system is integrated with each other so you can go to another location if you need to.
