I get lab work done every 6 months and the staff is very friendly. They tell you what the are going to do before they do it. They ask if your alright when drawing the labs. Nonlkng wait times. They really take customer service seriously if you have any complaints or problems, they will call you And ask How they can make your experience better. That really impressed me.
