Samreen Affan, Director of Compliance and Training

Samreen Affan is the Director of Compliance and Training at Hillside Primary Care, a role she advanced into after joining the organization in January 2020.Based in San Antonio since 2012, Samreen brought extensive leadership and management experience to Hillside from day one and quickly rose to her current leadership position. In this role, she has been crucial to the practice’s growth, managing daily operations, improving patient satisfaction, streamlining workflows, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across all locations. Her strengths in staff management, analytical thinking, and clear communication make her an indispensable part of the organization’s operational backbone. Samreen holds an Associate Degree in Management and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management, and is currently pursuing her MBA with graduation approaching. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities with her two children, cooking new recipes, and painting.
