Primary Care in Buda, TX

I went today to get labs done for my appointment next week. The young man who did it was awesome! It usually takes 3 or more sticks before enough blood can be taken. He found a vein on the first stick and didn't even leave a bruise. And, as always, the office was great.

The nurse practitioner (Diane Turner) was amazing. She is a good listener, patient, and well grounded in anatomy and physiology! Will love to see lesser wait time.

Excellent care by staff and doctors

I gave a 5 stars because of dr Kadhim . She is the best! . She provides excellent care. Very respectful. Always inc me in the care plan. The administration part needs improvement!!! The central appointment personnel needs to do better, always a problem in scheduling. wrong date , wrong time, giving wrong information to the client.

I have been a patient at Hillside Medical Group and under the care of Dr. Christen Smith for over a year, and the improvement in my health has been significant. My overall health and the issues I originally came in for have improved dramatically, far beyond what I expected when I first became a patient. What stands out to me is that this has been a consistent experience, not just a good visit here and there. From the reception staff at the front desk to the medical assistants and Dr. Smith, I have always been treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. The reception staff is welcoming and helpful. The medical assistants are attentive, organized, and make sure my concerns are heard. Dr. Smith takes the time to listen, explain what is going on, and make sure I understand what I need to do to improve or maintain my health. One of the things I value most is that almost every time I leave Hillside, I have learned something new about my health. I leave with a better understanding of what is happening, what I need to watch, and what I can do to keep moving in the right direction. After more than a year of care, I can say that Hillside Medical Group operates like a true team. Dr. Smith, the medical assistants, the reception staff, and everyone involved in my care deserve recognition for the consistency, professionalism, and level of care they provide. The results I have experienced speak for themselves.

Hillside Primary Care has the most kind hearted staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about our needs. They take time with you when you are in your visit. I love coming to Hillside Primary Care. My doctor is amazing!!!!!

I am switching my PCP to Hillside to get back with a provider I previously dealt with. Friday evening, I was able to login and easily find an appointment, expecting to deal with insurance, etc the following Monday. Imagine my surprise to get a phone call to deal with all the paperwork on Saturday morning. This is completely unheard of in the medical industry. I’m delighted to eve able to have my provider back and even more tickled at the service I’ve already received!
