Great and friendly service and staff
Very my visit are always awesome and taken care of. But once you get comfortable with your doctor, they decide to move you to a new one. Been going here 3 years and now they want me to see my 5th different doctor. So not sure what’s going on. Kinda getting a little scary.
The one MA that does blood draw is awesome. She is quick and efficient. The front desk is always nice even bright and early in the morning.
I feel my psychiatrist really listens to what I have to say. She brain storms ways to help me. The front office staff is phenomenal! They temper my name every time I come in for an appointment. This means a lot to me.

The staff and doctor were awesome! So kind and didn’t take long
So I went to hillside medical for the first time yesterday and I was actually nervous because I haven’t had a check up in multiple years and I had a lot of concerns to go over but Doctor Rocha listened to every one of my concerns and handled each one. She was very compassionate and kind and I definitely felt like I was listened to thoroughly. I also love the fact that they have a pharmacy right there in the clinic that gave me a great price for my prescriptions and they also do bloodwork right there in the office. All in all, I’m excited to continue being a patient there.

Rita Thomas has been my health care provider for several years. I first saw her at a clinic in Kyle. Then I followed her to New Braunfels! She is kind, compassionate, and she truly cares about her patients. She listens and takes the time to engage with you to solve health issues. I cannot say enough great things about her.
Dr.Rocha is wonderful, she took the time to address my daughter (the patient) and explained everything with her directly which I loved. Wonderful experience.
I have enjoyed working w all the staff. The ladies at the front are so helpful and the Dr’s have been helping me through some serious health issues and I have the diagnosis and protocol on one of my issues. They set me up w care providers in NB which have been impossible till I got Hillside for my primary.
