I never wait more than a few minutes to get labs done. The techs are very friendly and put you at ease. Also, the location is great because I live in Converse. My actual doctor appointments are farther away.

Just moved from FL to TX and she was my first shot at Dr’s and I would recommend to everyone. Friendly service from when you walk in, to when you get taken back. Dr. Omungo listened to me and made me feel comfortable to share things I haven’t felt comfortable discussing previously. She didn’t push anything to the back and got me everything I needed in a timely manner.
Hillside Primary Care is a nice friendly facility for Healthcare. They have their own lab and made transitioning doctors a non stressful experience.

It has been a bit of an adjustment since the practice moved to Bulverde, but now that things have settled down and we have come to know our new provider, Ms Jan Elliott, we’ve been treated so well!! Appointments are handled easily over the portal in a prompt and easy to use manner. Referrals and medication requests can also be handled through the patient portal. I love my new provider, Ms Jan. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and never rushes me out the door. I feel like I’m being listened to and actually treated. She’s a wonderful addition to Hillside Family Medicine
My Provider Pryanka Mooney is the best. She is always accurate with providing information and patient when I have questions. Whenever something needs further review, she knows what tests to order. I am thankful for Pryanka’s expertise and love the Schertz location at Hillside
