With my Doctor retiring I needed a new Primary care provider and I ended up seeing Roselyn Omungo I went to the office at the hospital on clear creek I was greeted with a very big smile and such kindness and wait time was less than 10 minutes before being called back the nurse was very kind and caring then when Ms Qmungo came in with a pleasant smile long story short SHE CARES ABOUT YOU AND UR HEALTH, she listened explains everything so patient with u im glad I found her im sure this will work out and I'm kinda hard to please but I'm 100% Satisfied with Ms Roselyn Omungo Thank you for caring 😊

I need to commend the referral division of Hillside Primary Care. There was big confusion about the referral in the specialist's office where my husband was referred. Sarah in the referral office went above and beyond to get everything straightened out so that my husband could have his appointment. I am so grateful to Sarah and the referral office for all their hard work getting this taken care of so quickly. Thank you all so much!!!

I had a positive experience with Sydney English, FNP for my annual exam which included labs and referrals I really needed after a recent surgery. Follow up went well too. She listened and was thorough. As far as the facility goes, I feel bad for the staff/patients that have to listen to literal baby lullaby music in the waiting area. Having decent music in the waiting area can bring lots of positive energy and boost morale for staff and patients. It may seem silly to bring this up but it's just general feedback. I am happy with my experience overall though and thankful for the care I have received.
