There was a confusion of what lab the blood request was sent to. They cleared it up and we were out fairly quick.

Today i Roselyn. She was very nice and listened to what I was telling her. Everyone in the clinic was really nice. Though the place is hard to find. They were all very welcoming. Got the referrals and things that I needed today.

Dr. Joni Maxwell at Hillside Primary Care in New Braunfels provides attentive, intelligent care, and the staff is well-mannered overall. However, wait times can feel excessively long, comparable to the DMV. I appreciate her thorough listening and professional approach during my visit.

Had to get a new primary care doctor since mine recently became out of network. Saw Dr. Sydney and she was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. She was very informative and comforting and never shut me down or made me feel embarrassed. The staff were also very nice, quick, and attentive. I like this office very much.

Always been great. But today I thought I had a copay and they didn't have change, so I started walking to a nearby store, and the PA at the front window actually ran outside after me, to lemme know I DIDN'T have a copay. She kept me from a frustrating walk for proper change. Tamia was her name.
