Great place very wonderful people

I just want to say how much I appreciate Hillside Primary Care. Every time I come in, everyone is so kind and welcoming. When I first started going there over a year ago, I was dealing with a lot of health issues and honestly felt overwhelmed, but the doctors and the ladies at the front desk always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The office is always clean, calm, and organized, and I truly appreciate that I’m always seen in a timely manner by Dr. Beard. I also want to give a special shout out to all the women at the front desk and everyone who helps keep everything running so smoothly. One thing that really stands out to me is seeing the same friendly faces there over time. That consistency means a lot and makes it feel even more personal and welcoming. Thank you all for the care, kindness, and professionalism you show every visit.

All staff were friendly, kind and understanding Juan Perez and his staff is the best. Wish he would open back up on Saturday.

Everything went well, every body was courteous

Every time I go I have a wonderful experience the whole process is easy I check in I am never there for more than an hour it's usually less the doctor answers every one of my problems and concerns and stays on top of everything I do not feel rushed in any way and everything gets handled immediately I never have to call to ask for prescriptions I never have to call and ask for authorizations everything is handled before I leave that room and that's very comforting. I always feel heard and understood and very well taken care of. I love the doctor I have.

Very exceptional service

They were prompt on getting me to the back and as a new patient everything went by quickly. Staff is very nice and respectful. They are very affordable $30 copay versus the $60 i was paying elsewhere

Took my son there to see the psychiatrist.my son Bradley was pleased with her said he told her alot.I met her at front desk while getting other appt set.I had a very good feel of her hopefullymy son gets the help he needs.
