I have always been impressed with the service I receive from this medical facility. The front desk staff is always so warm & welcoming. Ready to assist with patience & understanding. The lab personal (Areana) always places her patience at ease when drawing blood. I have never experienced pain or discomfort when she drew blood…Praise Jesus for that! Additionally, NP Pugh’s nursing staff is amazing! They’re so friendly & down-to-earth folk. Nurse Tara was so patient with my many questions. We spoke as if we’d known each other for years. But the icing on the cake is NP Florence Pugh. I am in awe with this beautiful hearted, knowledgeable, caring, & thorough professional. She takes time to listen “And” respond to my concerns. I am so grateful the Lord led me to her. She truly cares about her patients & that care is reflected in her actions. The entire staff is great, however…I go to Hillside Primary because she’s there & I truly feel taken care of. Thank you Hillside Staff for all you do for the community!

The AI answering machine for the office is TERRIBLE !! We tried repeatedly to spell my name (not difficult) and it could not Get it right. The service in office is great.
there was a error with my copayment, and the personnel was very nice and fixed it right away. Made it very easy to go do my labs
Check in is fast and staff is very polite and professional. They have made renovations to this location which is very nice.
