I just wanted to send a shout out to all the staff at Hillside primary. They really take customer service seriously if you have any complaints or problems, they will call you And ask How they can make your experience better. That really impressed me. Also, the staff is very relatable easy to talk to. They listen very well, it doesn't get any better than that.
Very my visit are always awesome and taken care of. But once you get comfortable with your doctor, they decide to move you to a new one. Been going here 3 years and now they want me to see my 5th different doctor. So not sure what’s going on. Kinda getting a little scary.
The staff isn't overly friendly (i.e., smiling, giving name) but very efficient. Dr. Baker is great. She asked questions, listened to my concerns, and suggested. Overall, I'm content with my new primary.

I feel my psychiatrist really listens to what I have to say. She brain storms ways to help me. The front office staff is phenomenal! They temper my name every time I come in for an appointment. This means a lot to me.
Rosia went above and beyond with care and compassion. It was rocky at first but all the girls were amazing I should’ve got there names as well. But I got blood drawn on first try and my ekg girl was really sweet. You right it’s not fun working the front desk it’s always fun when your hands on. Kudos to this staff as I actually engaged with them more than the medical center location. See you guys soon!!
