Called their customer service, and Leila got my issue resolved super quickly, and she even offered a call and accommodated my request to shoot an email for the response to my queries.

My father started his care here at the Roosevelt office October 2025 with Teresa Beard, she has been so attentive to our concerns and gets referrals out immediately. The office is always very clean and organized, anytime I have had to go in person for something the front staff always takes care of it as I am standing there. I never have to worry if things are done on their part. I would choose her a thousand times over, her and her staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Everyone at this office was marvelous! So friendly so helpful when I had a question about my insurance card. Dr Turner was amazingly wonderful. She asked question she told me how her office runs and if I had questions, She answered them not like the doctor I had before. She really listened to me and I really appreciate that Dr Turner and her staff were wonderful. Thank you!
