Following a successful career across various areas of healthcare in San Antonio, Donna brings deep expertise in practice operations, business development, and program creation. She thrives in dynamic environments and has built her leadership identity around exceptional communication, strategic problem-solving, and relationship building. Donna is especially passionate about developing people, nurturing talent, and fostering growth, which has been a consistent cornerstone of her career. Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Donna moved to San Antonio at a pivotal moment in her life, marking the beginning of her healthcare journey. She takes immense pride in her two grown children, raised in Helotes, and outside of work finds joy in cooking and a love of fine food and wine.
