Vanessa Peralez, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose career path is uniquely informed by 15 years as an Operating Room nurse specializing in spine and orthopedic surgery. During that time, she developed exceptional expertise assisting in complex procedures including spinal fusions, minimally invasive spine surgeries, and joint replacements. The depth of her surgical experience sharpened her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure. Driven by her passion for comprehensive patient care, Vanessa advance her career to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, combining her surgical expertise with a holistic, patient-centered approach in primary care. Today, she manages chronic conditions, promotes wellness, and supports patients across all life stages with compassion and clinical excellence at Hillside Primary Care’s Live Oak location.

Everyone is so nice here and they actually listen to what I need and very respectful. I have a very hard time sleeping and they actually took the time to listen and try different medication at a low dosage to help me sleep and calm my anxiety. Now I sleep great and able to be more out and about with family and friends. Thank you to everyone there that is helping me and listening. Great place to go to and will continue to go.
