Breanne Bergeon, FNP-BC, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Ohio. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Ohio before moving to Texas and earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Breanne brings diverse nursing experience from emergency medicine, medical intensive care, interventional radiology, and oncology, a background that deeply informed her appreciation for the critical value of preventive care. As a family nurse practitioner, she is passionate about spending meaningful time with patients, helping them understand their health, and supporting holistic, long-term wellness. She believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their own well-being. In her personal time, Breanne loves traveling, exploring new foods, and reading fantasy novels.

Everyone is so nice here and they actually listen to what I need and very respectful. I have a very hard time sleeping and they actually took the time to listen and try different medication at a low dosage to help me sleep and calm my anxiety. Now I sleep great and able to be more out and about with family and friends. Thank you to everyone there that is helping me and listening. Great place to go to and will continue to go.

The staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The medical providers are knowledgeable, attentive, and most importantly the listen. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service and health guidance I receive at Hillside. Under PCP Emily Gonzales's guidance and health monitoring, my condition has improved and continues to do so. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs and concerns. I feel fortunate and grateful to be under her care.
