Florence ‘Flo’ Pugh, NP-C, is a Board Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience. Born and raised in Michigan, Flo earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, in 2017. Her inspiration to pursue advanced practice grew from personal experience with her parents’ medical challenges, fueling her desire to provide comprehensive, holistic care. With a remarkable military career spanning over 30 years, Flo has served in progressively advanced roles, from medical supply specialist to field medic to nurse, reflecting her lifelong passion for healthcare and service to others.
