Patricia Diaz De Leon, PA-C

Mrs. Patricia Diaz De Leon, PA-C, is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, in 2002, followed by her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of New England in Portland, Maine, in 2008. With over 12 years of experience in pediatrics, primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, and industrial medicine, Patricia has a deep passion for preventive and chronic care. A resident of the Schertz/Cibolo area for over five years, she is thrilled to be back with the Hillside Primary Care team, serving our valued patients.

Outside of her professional life, Patricia loves spending quality time with her family and friends, especially with her husband and two active children.
