About Christy Ponce, FNP-BC
Christy Ponce, FNP-BC, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2001 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2024. With 22 years of diverse nursing experience, including extensive work in the ER, ICU, surgery, and healthcare administration, Christy brings a rich, multidisciplinary perspective to her primary care practice. She is deeply passionate about patient education, empathetic care, and providing high-quality service to each individual she serves. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her 13-year-old twins and enjoys traveling and staying active.

Very helpful for my schedule having option for telehealth call to discuss labs
Dr Ponce is wonderful. Explains my med us very well and how they will help me. Takes the time to explain my lab work results in a way that I understand. My only disappointment is the front office atmosphere. It feels unwelcoming, dead and unpleasant. No music, no TV other positive atmosphere.
Personally, I like it, but I heard from several people ( friends ) that they are thinking in changing services because there is not a responsible onsite MD. Think about it guys.

Takes too long to sign in each time on line, Clinic management is so must better than when the clinic was bought out. Dr Swartz and her assistants are awesome!
