About Christy Ponce, FNP-BC
Christy Ponce, FNP-BC, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2001 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2024. With 22 years of diverse nursing experience, including extensive work in the ER, ICU, surgery, and healthcare administration, Christy brings a rich, multidisciplinary perspective to her primary care practice. She is deeply passionate about patient education, empathetic care, and providing high-quality service to each individual she serves. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her 13-year-old twins and enjoys traveling and staying active.

I enjoy going to the clinic, the ladies at the front are always smiling and greet u with respect. The attendants help and assist u with questions i have for the Docter. I enjoy my visits to Dr. Emily she is never in a hurry abd takes the time to talk and answer my questions. As a nurse of forty years i would be glad to work with the staff u have,
I love coming to this clinic because the receptionist is very nice and My Doctor amazing she’s she’s one of the best in San Antonio. Doctor Gabriella is awesome. She’s very good and treating her patience and trying to find out the problem and the solution as well. I would like to thank everybody in the clinic for being nice to the patient and I am glad to say that Doctor Gabriella has proved to be a great asset to hillside primary care clinic.

Everyone is so kind and welcoming here. Always very helpful and Miss Anu explains everything in detail. She takes the time to actually listen to you, and answers all your questions. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a primary care provider. I always leave happy and smiling!
