Juan Perez, FNP-C

Juan Carlos Perez, FNP-C, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Originally from Mexico, Juan calls San Antonio, Texas, his home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 and spent three years working in long-term care before pursuing his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2022. Juan joined Hillside Primary Care in March 2023 with a mission to deliver culturally competent, holistic, and evidence-based primary care to the communities he serves. He is especially dedicated to supporting patients through vulnerable moments with compassion and clinical excellence. Outside of work, Juan is a devoted family man and active member of his local church community.
