About Dr. Mary Baker, DNP, FNP-BC
Dr. Mary Baker, DNP, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), bringing over 20 years of diverse nursing experience to her patients at Hillside Primary Care. A proud United States Air Force veteran and Wisconsin native, Dr. Baker has served in some of healthcare’s most demanding settings, including high-risk labor and delivery, adult ICU, and emergency services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carroll Columbia College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University, and earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing in 2023. Dr. Baker is especially passionate about health literacy and preventive care, empowering each patient to actively participate in their own healthcare journey through evidence-based guidance and education.

I had a very positive experience at this primary care office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took time to listen carefully to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how respectful and understanding everyone was during my visit. The office was clean, organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff isn't overly friendly (i.e., smiling, giving name) but very efficient. Dr. Baker is great. She asked questions, listened to my concerns, and suggested. Overall, I'm content with my new primary.
