Great staff , very caring and patient. The bathroom however needs attention: no bar to assist the disabled and I had to leave my walker outside due to narrow door. Perhaps there is another that will admit a walker or a wheelchair

Ash and Dr. Turner have seen me twice this year at the Cibolo location and the Seguin location! Both times I have had a great experience as they are both very kind and professional! They were short staffed today, but still very helpful and patient in trying to keep the patient flow! Great job ladies!!

Seen again today 9/15/25. Seen again today 6/13/25 - I absolutely love Karen Johnson and her staff. From front office check in to back office checkout and everyone in between. Everyone is fantastic and I feel very valued, special and well taken care of.

Wonderful experience

I was scheduled for an appointment at Westover, but I don’t even know where that place is. I have all my appointments setup at the Live Oak location. I guess it was a SNAFU thing with the scheduling. Any ways, I thought they would send me across town to fulfill the appointment. Nope. The wonderful lady at the check in desk simply said, “Give me a second to fit you in.” She disappeared for a matter of seconds and returned with, “You will be seeing Vanessa today.” I was so dumbfounded, she had to tell to go ahead and take a seat. I sat down for a matter of a few minutes and boom, I am having my vitals taken. Absolutely top notch organization. Couldn’t recommend more.
