The Labs completed this morning had very professional technicians, kind helpful and informative. Great experience. The one downside was she had no name tag. Any patient or customer service experience is improved when we know “who” is taking care of us. my lab technician was “Christy”, but I had to ask her name.
In all my experience, this was totally different from my previous doctor’s. Thank you very much.
