Yall are loving and kind and patient. And your complex has incredibly healing vibes. You can tell your people are here because they love this community and want to help us. Your signage is easy to understand and soft, your lobby smells of essential oils, and even with the Roosevelt Ave traffic I can hear through the walls in a parallel room and feeling quite miserable, I know that I am in good hands and will feel better soon thanks to yall. (And made this very appointment just hours earlier, easily through your phone line) And here I sit waiting , writing your review thanks to a printout tacked beside the door saying that you'd "love to hear how we did!" Before my appointment, I went to the Roosevelt Pharamcy just nextdoor to pick up a prescription that the telehealth doc had sent over in the morning, and it is always calm and tranquil and soothing inside there, full of beautiful things to look at and learn like posters of herbal botanicals, as well as healthy little snacks and a comfy couch in a light-filled room. And the PT next door at Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy is also one of the best I have worked with (and I grew up with parents who were both PTs), so do understand what that work entails and all the indicators of an exceptional one. As their patient, I have corrected so many things I have battled for years already that have caused much pain before and enjoyed each appointment as well, chatting and joking with their team over time. The entire southside Hillside operation is a blessing and a gift. I feel so lucky to be close-by. Thank you for choosing to serve us here!
