I was scheduled for an appointment at Westover, but I don’t even know where that place is. I have all my appointments setup at the Live Oak location. I guess it was a SNAFU thing with the scheduling. Any ways, I thought they would send me across town to fulfill the appointment. Nope. The wonderful lady at the check in desk simply said, “Give me a second to fit you in.” She disappeared for a matter of seconds and returned with, “You will be seeing Vanessa today.” I was so dumbfounded, she had to tell to go ahead and take a seat. I sat down for a matter of a few minutes and boom, I am having my vitals taken. Absolutely top notch organization. Couldn’t recommend more.

It was such a wonderful experience visiting Universal City practice on Tuesday. The staff were so friendly, the whole new atmosphere is so happy and bright now, And of course, Dr Naik is the best ever.
