Staff here are excellent, friendly and put me at ease considering I was anxious about my appointment.

Went for my first visit and I love it already. Dr. Lerma really showed her knowledge and her compassion on day one. She took extra time with me to catch up and learn my history since I was a new patient. She asked questions, gave answers, and just made me feel relaxed. I really appreciated the visit and looking forward to building a good relationship with her over time. Staff were also great and very attentive. Definitely felt like they all remember the “care” in healthcare.

Hillside Primary Care-Seguin is a caring group. They call often to make sure I'm doing well & following through on my appointments & medications. As a 60+ person, that is important to me.

Dr Anderson and his staff are absolutely amazing! Courteous, professional and thorough! Sometimes you may not be seen immediately but you get his full attention when it’s your turn. I never feel rushed. He goes over any diagnostics, checks and updates medications to make sure they’re still working for you or if they need to be updated. And just keeps up with your health history. They have a pharmacy in the same building for your convenience. I’m never disappointed when I need to see him whether it’s routine or something new. It’s comforting to know I’m in good hands with any health care concerns.

The front desk staff are absolutely wonderful! They greet every patient with a smile and make check-in quick and stress-free. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for a great visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about patients and work hard to make everyone feel welcome and valued. Excellent care and professionalism! Dr. Rocha listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel well cared for. Highly recommend this practice.

I see Ms. Turner at the Seguin location and couldn't be happier. She is compassionate, thorough, and really listens to what I have to say. She also actually discusses her proposed treatment plan for my issue with me rather than just telling me what she plans to do, giving me the opportunity to truly have a say in my health care. And I NEVER feel rushed. Add in the friendliness and professionalism of her staff and you have everything you could want in a medical team.
