⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breanne Bergeon is, without question, one of the best healthcare providers I have ever had. She has truly been a lifesaver for me. What sets Breanne apart is that she listens. She doesn't rush through an appointment or make you feel like you're just another patient on the schedule. She takes concerns seriously, explains what is happening, follows through, and genuinely cares about the person sitting in front of her. I have been through some very difficult and stressful health situations, and having a primary care provider I can trust has made an enormous difference. Breanne has been responsive, compassionate, thorough, and willing to advocate for me when I needed it most. Good medical care isn't just about credentials or ordering tests. It's about having someone who pays attention, uses good clinical judgment, and treats you like a human being. Breanne does all of that. I am incredibly grateful that she is my primary care provider. Hillside Primary Care is very fortunate to have her. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you Dr Bre!

The best care team ever

I was extremely impressed with the care I received today. Every single person I encountered made me feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely listened to. From the sweet receptionist who greeted me, to Nurse José Cortez, whose efficiency, knowledge, skill, and bedside manner were truly impeccable, everyone was outstanding. José was organized, compassionate, and clearly an expert at what he does. He made the entire intake process feel seamless and put me at ease from the moment we met. Nurse José Cortez sets the standard for what exceptional patient care should look like. Brook, the medical student, was attentive, kind, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. She listened intently and communicated everything to Dr. Bentley exactly as I had explained it, which made me feel heard and understood. Dr. Bentley was equally exceptional. He was attentive, compassionate, thorough, and had an outstanding bedside manner. He took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. It's rare to find an entire team that consistently provides this level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience. I left feeling cared for, reassured, and grateful. I highly recommend this practice.

My podiatrist Dr. Mevelyn Morse is the best her bedside manner is wonderful. She’s delightful besides her being beautiful how hot is just as beautiful also, I highly recommend her.

My Primary Dr. Emily Gonzales and my new Podiatrist Dr. Mevelyn Morse are FANTASTIC! These Doctors actually care about how you feel and are all about trying to get you to 100% as soon as possible. These ladies mean business and they are genuinely here for you as a patient!

The facilities have a lab, physical therapy, pharmacy, psychiatry, and medical care; which are all pleasant and exemplifies exceptional customer service in every department! I transferred my healthcare needs to the Hillside Primary Care, over a year ago and the physicians and staff has always provided me with exceptional care and support. 5 stars I love this Primary Care ..nurses, staff..and I love the Doctor that i was assigned.. Christen Smith.. she takes care of me and is always on top of things; labs, xrays, major issue..She just has a Great Heart overall🌸

Everyone is so nice here and they actually listen to what I need and very respectful. I have a very hard time sleeping and they actually took the time to listen and try different medication at a low dosage to help me sleep and calm my anxiety. Now I sleep great and able to be more out and about with family and friends. Thank you to everyone there that is helping me and listening. Great place to go to and will continue to go.
