About Dr. Melissa Kempf, MD
Dr. Melissa Kempf, MD, is a native San Antonian and proud graduate of Churchill High School. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, completing clinical training across both Lubbock and El Paso. She then completed her residency at UTMB in Conroe, Texas. Dr. Kempf served three distinguished years as a primary care physician at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, under an Air Force scholarship, serving as a team leader and completing a deployment to Incirlik, Turkey, providing emergency medical care. Following her military service, she returned to San Antonio, where she has practiced Family Medicine for over 20 years, cultivating long-term relationships with many loyal patients. She is honored to continue her work at Hillside Primary Care in Stone Oak.

Dr. Vasquez has been my PCP for over 30 years. He is knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to listen and provide recommendations, results and medical service for my specific needs. My entire family has selected him due to his caring and attentive service. He is the PCP doctor that everyone should have especially for complex medical needs.
