Great staff and good
This was our first time there and we were worried because we have been having a hard time with other providers listening to our health concerns. This provider took the time and patience to listen and to what we had to say and actually made us feel heard. Can't wait for our next appointment.
I had a visit with Gloria Khon, NP today, and I have to say—it was the first time I’ve ever seen a primary care provider and didn’t feel rushed. As a nurse myself, I understand how busy healthcare can be, but Gloria truly took the time to talk with me and address every concern. It felt more like a conversation with a friend than a routine medical appointment. She created such a comfortable environment that, for once, I didn’t forget anything I wanted to say—which almost never happens! I left the visit feeling heard, cared for, and confident in the care I received. I’m so impressed that I plan to schedule appointments with her for two of my family members as well. The only area for improvement would be the lab wait time. While this had nothing to do with Gloria herself, I did experience a delay and ended up needing to go elsewhere for lab work. Still, I understand that things happen, and overall, I’m very happy with my experience.
