Primary Care in Universal City, TX

J'étais intéressé et j'ai apporté une ordonnance de laboratoire de mon spécialiste. Puisque le Dr Nike est mon médecin généraliste, pourquoi mon sang ne peut-il pas être prélevé là-bas ? Mais il a été prélevé, j'espère qu'ils enverront les résultats de mes tests à mon gastro-entérologue.

Ambiance de petite ville dans un bâtiment ancien, avec un personnel accueillant et un système d'enregistrement et de paiement mobile facile. Les réceptionnistes sont sympathiques et Sara est géniale !

Le Dr Naik a été le meilleur médecin de soins primaires que j'ai jamais eu ! Elle n'est pas seulement un médecin de premier ordre, elle est prête à passer du temps avec chaque patient, à expliquer, à conseiller et à faire preuve d'une véritable préoccupation et d'une véritable compassion !

This was my first visit to Hillside Universal City location on Pat Booker. It was a very pleasant experience. All the staff and Nurse Practitioner Sarah Hessling were kind with good bedside manners. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously and did not feel rushed. The wait was not bad either.

Patrisha Deleon is the best !!! She is always on top of everything. Super grateful for her and the nice office staff. Only one complaint the answering people that is a nightmare. They don’t understand you and get mad at you because they don’t get what you are telling them. That make it harder than it should be.

Everyone was very professional. Front desk made a great impression in the first 2 minutes, just lovely personality !! The assistant was another knowledgeable good person.. and the PA gathered my medical history ( lazor focused). They rocked the 1st visit on a Late Friday afternoon, mind you.. I was Cared for!!!! Thank you, ladies.

Dr. Naik is truly the best, she is the reason I stick with Hillside! Joann at front desk is beyond awesome, super courteous, professional, knowledgeable, customer-centric, and totally committed to providing the best care and service possible to her customers. Like Dr. Naik they both have a genuine concern for people—especially their patients.
