Primary Care In Schertz, Texas

I’ve been very happy with the care I’ve received here. I’ve been to several different locations and seen multiple different providers, and am very pleased with how professional, friendly, and thorough everyone always is. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling, billing, getting referrals sent out quickly, or prescription refills. As a mental health counselor, I often hear stories from clients about frustrations they’ve experienced with other medical providers. I’ve referred quite a few clients to Hillside and always get very positive feedback. I will continue my own medical care here, and feel very comfortable recommending them to others.

Florence Pugh was excellent and reassuring, as usual. Also, I was happy to see she’s training a student Nurse Practitioner. The student also was sharp. My waiting time was much less than my last visit.

Great clinic office for PCP services. Front office is very kind, and work with you on any questions you may have before your visit. Dr. Mooney is knowledgeable, helpful, understanding. She really listens to your needs and finds an avenue to help with get what you need for a clean bill of health. The grand prize for me goes to Mrs. Stephanie Thomas. Mrs. Stephanie is so kind and really cares about you when you talk to her before you see the doc. She has excellent bedside manner and the kindest words of comfort to offer. I feel like she really listens and helps support my needs. I was terrified to go to a new PCP when I moved here from Houston a year ago. I've had nothing but kindness and genuine support. Dr. Mooney and Stephanie make coming to Hillside feel safe. Thank you for the great service every time I visit. 🫶🏼

Went in for labs on a Friday and didn’t have to wait longer than 10 minutes. The Lab tech was awesome!!Stuck me and I didn’t even feel it!! In and out in about 15 minutes!! (Schertz Office)

I’m visiting from California & was referred to this primary Dr clinic from an urgent care place…. This has been my best experience visiting a Dr EVER! The Dr’s assistant was so thorough & caring; I was pleasantly surprised! Then Dr Priyanka Mooney came in & she was wonderful!

Ms. Priyanka Mooney was great! Always good with asking questions to make sure I'm doing well. Now I do have a complaint. Yesterday I received a text to confirm my appointment. It gave me the date and time. However, when I got to the medical office for my planned appointment at 11:30. I was told that my appointment wasn't til 1:45. I rely on a shuttle bus for transportation, which they are on a schedule. So my choices were to sit and wait 2 hours and miss my ride home or go home and do a telemed appointment. Either way it cost me money. Upon seeing Ms. Mooney, she said she would have seen me under the circumstances. I'm upset with office staff for not even checking with her.

Everyone at the hillside primary care Office in Schertz is so kind and understanding. They take such good care of their patients and I’m so happy to be one of them.

I was close by the schertz office and not feeling well, so I stopped in to ask when I could schedule an appointment. They were kind enough to fit me in & provided me with excellent care. Everyone was very kind, courteous and worked diligently to complete my care.

Always a good visit at Hillside Schertz! Priyanka Mooney is always pleasant to see. I like how she ask questions to make sure I haven't left anything out. She is really a great PA 😊 New visit 10 July 25 I still feel the same way! Always a pleasure seeing PA Priyanka Mooney. I love Hillside primary care everyone is so friendly they remember names and always a joy to go see everyone when they see us come in they always say hi and just do friendly my last place I was seen at was never this friendly I am so glad I came here it is a pleasure going to the doctor now

I am very pleased with the care that I have received. The front office and back office are very helpful and friendly. The physicians listen to you and get you the right treatments.

As a member of the military community, it’s reassuring to have Hillside as additional primary care coverage alongside my military healthcare providers. I chose Hillside because when military clinics are overloaded, I can reliably get care here. Most importantly, it’s close to home and saves me from having to drive 30 miles for an appointment.

Love the new location. Easy access and lots more space. Highly recommend .
