The visit was great. Getting there was not. We were given the wrong address...the wrong description. It took me 40 minutes to make a 10 minute drive. The name is secondary on the building. It would help to know it is intermediate care Hillside. The agents on the phone need to know where they are directing patients. Address is 12410 Toepperwein. At the corner of Village and Toepperwein. That instruction would he so helpful and spot on.

I was concerned leaving the Military care system, Hillside Primary Care made the transition easy to navigate. Can’t say enough about the extra care services offered, the three month check ups & ease of prescriptions refills.
