Elizabeth Long the nurse practitioner and Betty Thomas the physician assistant along with the other providers and staff at Hillside are always so kind and informative and this clinic works tirelessly Monday through Saturday for twelve hours dedicating their time and services to San Antonio. Both amazing providers, have stayed after hours, if needed, to help. What a blessing to our community. Thank you both for making a difference and God Bless.

The visit was great. Getting there was not. We were given the wrong address...the wrong description. It took me 40 minutes to make a 10 minute drive. The name is secondary on the building. It would help to know it is intermediate care Hillside. The agents on the phone need to know where they are directing patients. Address is 12410 Toepperwein. At the corner of Village and Toepperwein. That instruction would he so helpful and spot on.
Is there any nicer or more thorough urgent care anywhere? I don’t think so!! This clinic is wonderful!!! So kind and caring and they take your health concerns seriously and do such a thorough and wonderful job!!
PA Betty Thomas is a very good DR she sure new what to good with my problem and very patient and good with my procedure to take care of my problem and I was out the door. I was concerned leaving the Military care system, Hillside Primary Care made the transition easy to navigate. Can’t say enough about the extra care services offered, the three month check ups & ease of prescriptions refills. Medical care is challenging & I appreciate Hillside Primary Care taking it on and striving to provide the care we deserve.
