Very friendly and welcoming staff
My Dr for 25 years retired with not much notice. I have been trying to find a new primary care Dr and they are all booking out to 6 months to a year for new patients. I was told about Hillside Primary care and found PA Garrum. She saw me the next day. I was so happy because I have thyroid issues and hadn’t had bloodwork for a year to check my levels and almost out of my prescriptions for all my meds. PA Garrum was awesome. She listened and advised me of next steps. Got my bloodwork done the next day with the awesome platobotomist for bloodwork and now just waiting on results PA Garrum and her staff were so kind and great to be around. The front staff was just as good. Medical center Hillside Primary Care is my new primary care doctor. Her and the staff are the best. Thank you so very much!!
Highly recommend! I’ve been a patient at the Medical Center location for two years now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier to have found this exceptional practice. From the warm welcome upon entering to the friendly farewell upon leaving, the entire experience feels like being right at home. The doctors and staff are not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable but also patient, kind, and respectful. They create an atmosphere where you feel truly cared for, going above and beyond to ensure every question, big or small, is addressed with thorough and compassionate responses. I have been seeing Dr Patel for about 3 years now and she is an awesome and amazing Dr. She is very thorough, attentive and listens. Her staff has always been kind and thoughtful. Wouldn't trade her for any other Dr.
