Very good clinic
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a primary care facility. I had to pay out of pocket for medical clearance for cosmetic surgery (my insurance doesn’t cover cosmetic procedure clearance or bloodwork) and I paid only $200 for bloodwork and clearance! The wait is minimum, make sure you book for an appointment for primary care. The facility is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I did a walk in for bloodwork and waited less than 5 minutes and blood work was done amazingly well and quick & painless!

Brooke went above and beyond for my visit. Very patient and understanding and made things possible. Some people wouldn't at other establishments wouldn't take the time but Brooke did... Hillside primary care staff is amazing
Promote and give Ms Brooke a raise. She works at your Live Oak, I35 site. For 6 days, I was having an issue with the FollowMyHealth APP. Nobody I had talked to via telephone at Hillside knew the fix. Nobody said they would research it and call me back. I even sent an email to your liveoak office. Nobody has responded. Yesterday I went to the Live Oak location and talked to. Ms. Brooke. She was very professional, listened to my issue, took my information, and promised to get back to me. Within 2 hours Ms Brooke called me, and resolved my issue. Really appreciate her dedication to follow up while providing the solution to my issue.
