My experience today at Hillside Primary Care was completely different, in the best way possible. I was seen by Christy Ponce, and she was truly exceptional. Christy was incredibly informative, attentive, and caring from the moment she walked into the room. She took her time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire visit. Her professionalism and empathy made a huge difference, and I left the clinic feeling confident and genuinely cared for. I really appreciate the way she treated me. I highly recommend Christy Ponce. She is amazing, and I’m very grateful for her excellent care.
