Primary Care in Killeen, TX

I choose this for convenient location per the Google searrch. Was greatly pleased with questions about my health. Then was asked if I wanted an EKG? MY REPLY WAS YES, Then, Dr.Roselyn Omunga FNP-C spoke with me. What a professionaĺ. We discussed my problems and came up with a plan to fix the problems.

Love the availability of this clinic, I was able to get in within a day. I previously tried scheduling with Scott and white and they were booking out MONTHS. Rosalyn Omungo was so nice and welcoming and I did not feel rushed through. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Roselyn Omungo was very warm, caring and kind. I could tell she cared about her patients! I really felt comfortable talking to her. I am well pleased with Dr. Omungo being my PCP. Furthermore, her receptionist was very warm and kind as well. What a great team. Thank you so much for the excellent service you both gave to me. Praise God! May God bless you both.

Very friendly and helpful

It was my first time seeing a doctor in 4 years, so naturally I was nervous to see what happened and changed in that time.. they were courteous, open minded, and fast with their care in the best way. I didn't feel rushed, yet I was out of there earlier than I thought. Discussed alot of topics to help me identify the root of my issues. Would highly recommend.. just make sure you set your PCP to them because I was suprised with a 175$ bill 😬😅

This is my first time meeting FNP Rosalyn Omungo. I got more done with her today than I did with all the doctors that I seen at Scott and White. She was very thorough she asked questions and in one day all the appointments that I try to get through other physicians I got through her already scheduled, the appointments, I already have the date, so I am very pleased very pleased with seeing her today!! I like her a lot!!

Dr. Omungo is excellent. She listens and takes a proactive approach with the care she provides. I trust that she wants to help and cares about her patients. It's also a plus that you can book a new-patient appointment online. Only negative is the facility isn't in the greatest shape but they do have good, reliable equipment (they hooked me up for an EKG within the first 10 minutes of my arrival). The staff is very personable and professional. Made me feel comfortable

I have had a wonderful experience with Hillside Primary Care, and I am extremely grateful for the care and attention I’ve received. Provider Roselyn Omungo is absolutely the best! She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she is also incredibly kind and compassionate toward her patients. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I fully understand my treatment options. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the genuine care she provides. The entire team at Hillside Primary Care is always welcoming, making each visit a pleasant and comfortable experience. I highly recommend them!

From the beginning, it was a excellent experience! I needed a primary care clinic, the one I use to go to closed lasted year. (Wasn't that pleasant). But I found this clinic and I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist picked up only after the second ring, and was very friendly and helpful! Trust me that is not always the case with other clinics. She guided me though the new patient process and gave me want i needed to complete it. I even received a video via text explaining who they are and what the clinic was about! Usually I would have to do my own research so I appreciated that! Upon arrival I was greeted with the same friendly demeanor. Check in was quick and the clinic look clean and tidy. Both Ms. Roselyn Omungo, FNP-C and her assistant where attentive, and personable. I would highly recommend this clinic. There are many educated, knowledgeable, physicians, practitioners, and assistants out there, but not all of them have friendly, personable, skills that make you feel understood or valued. I know, I worked in some. I know how important it is to bulid a positive report with your patients. And these ladies are doing an excellent job! Thank you!
