Mr. Luis Rangel joined Hillside Primary Care in 2018 as our practice manager and was recently promoted to Director of Operations. He collaborates closely with the management team and providers to oversee all elements of the clinics, including day-to-day operations, and to make sure they run as efficiently as possible. Luis currently holds an EMTB and has extensive experience in EMS, ER, and critical care healthcare administration. Luis, a Castroville, Texas, native, adds a wealth of leadership skills to his position at Hillside Primary Care. He is likely to be remembered by anyone who come into contact with him for the positive attitude and strong sense of humor, which he exhibits while juggling his different duties in the clinics.
In his own time, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Cinnamon.
