Ms. Florence Pugh is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience. Born and raised in Michigan, she began her nursing career there and has since become a trusted provider in the healthcare community.
In 2017, Flo earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. She decided to pursue an advanced practice degree to serve her community in a new capacity, inspired by her parents’ medical challenges and a desire to provide comprehensive care.
With a military career spanning over 30 years, Flo has transitioned from a medical supply specialist to a field medic and now a nurse. Her diverse background reflects her deep passion for healthcare and her commitment to caring for others.
Outside of work, Flo enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church, and playfully teasing her cat, Bernice.
